Service, entrees, desert, everything you can ask for. Do not miss the sweet potato casserole!!

This restaurant is a favorite breakfast spot of our friends who live in the area, so they took us while we were in town. I wasn't overly impressed with the interior of the restaurant, but only because there was nothing special about it. Very low key spot, which was nice though. Everyone in our group enjoyed what they ate. I got the French toast, which was tasty and something I would order again. My husband got the chicken fried steak and he enjoyed it.

It's been awhile since we have visited Susan's but they haven't lost their flair for friendly service and great food. We enjoyed seasonal pancakes (pumpkin spice), eggs and bacon for the kids and vegetable plates for the wife & I. I had pinto beans, cabbage, green beans and cucumber salad. She had green beans, pinto beans, sweet potato casserole and macaroni salad. Thanks for a great meal and good service and very clean too!

We visited 10/16/24 at around 9a and while it was crowded, we were able to get right in and waited on shortly after. The menu is huge with lots of breakfast choices. I got the Pig Sooie Skillet which is my type of breakfast as it has all the meats, potatoes, cheese, peppers, onions, and I added eggs to make it even better. It was delicious! My family loved their biscuit and gravy as well as the waffle. Overall, this place surly cannot be beat for breakfast. There is no chain or donut shop that can compete. Make it a point to try it while you are around, you won't be disappointed.

Oh my gosh. Never eating the breakfast at the Doubletree again. This place is delicious. The cinnamon roll was huge, gooey and delicious, scrambled eggs were great. Good hot coffee. Excellent service. So glad I read reviews and stopped by.

Stopped in for a traditional diner breakfast on our way out of town. The menu was varied enough to accommodate a variety of interests. I had a bacon, egg and grit breakfast which was embellished with an homemade biscuit and gravy. My wife had a half of an avocado toast with egg. Both were entirely serviceable and the service was attentive. The gravy could have had some more flavor but I finished it so it wasn't bad.

Overall, fantastic experience! We waited for a table for about 15-20 mins on a Sunday which wasn't too bad. Once we sat down, our server Becky, was great! She took our orders and just kept checking in on us without being too overbearing. Chicken and waffle - I enjoyed the waffle! Super light, airy and crunchy. The chicken was well breaded, not too thick, and the meat wasn't dry. Overall, I recommend this dish! I can see why it's a fan favorite Steak Benedict - overall, the dish was okay. The sauce was flavorful. The only thing was that the steak wasn't seasoned and was a bit tough. Being that it's the featured item of this dish, was somewhat disappointed. Hashbrowns were well seasoned.

They staff were exceptional!!!! Very welcoming and helpful. They kept our coffee full, took our orders immediately and the food arrived fast. The food was fresh, hot and very tasty. The bowl of fruit was so fresh and cold - it was wonderful. Will definitely be back.

We arrived at a busy time, but were still seated quickly. Good service, good food, and the kitchen was super-fast!! My Pig Sooie Omelette was filling, fulk if meat, and it tasted fantastic! My wife loved the Chicken & Waffles; well-seasoned chicken bites with a tasty waffle! Loved it all!!
